SHIPPING:

DOMESTIC
All products in the UK ship via Royal Mail 2nd class signed service.

INTERNATIONAL
International orders will ship International Royal Mail tracked service. Shipping times vary depending on location. Customer is responsible for all tax and duties. 
Please allow an additional 2 weeks {after payment is received} for delivery.

We ship to the address provided at the time of order being placed. If the wrong address is provided we cannot be held responsible for lost or delayed parcels and no refund will be given.

A message left at the time of placing an order stating that it is needed for a certain date does not provide a guarantee that it will be shipped by that date.

Personalisation
We add a personal touch to many of our pretty little products. If you purchase one of these bespoke items requiring personalisation, we require details at the time of order. Your order cannot proceed until we receive the personalisation details. All spelling is taken directly from your email, so please ensure all text is spelt correctly to ensure you receive the perfect product. We will not be responsible for correcting spelling on products which have been spelt wrong on the email.
