SHIPPING:

DOMESTIC
All products in the UK ship via Royal Mail 2nd class signed service.

INTERNATIONAL
International orders will ship International Royal Mail tracked service. Shipping times vary depending on location. Customer is responsible for all tax and duties. 
Please allow an additional 2 weeks {after payment is received} for delivery.

We ship to the address provided at the time of order being placed. If the wrong address is provided we cannot be held responsible for lost or delayed parcels and no refund will be given.

A message left at the time of placing an order stating that it is needed for a certain date does not provide a guarantee that it will be shipped by that date.

Pricing Policy: All prices in-store and online are in Pounds Sterling (GBP). Any additional currencies displayed on manufacturer labels are recommended prices for other markets and are not applicable to purchases at Nora & Katie.
